Well, if you plan on or rather are wanting to find and have a holster that will accommodate having something on that rail while holstered, there are a few out there. But they are gun specific. I've been looking for a holster to accommodate my G35 with Streamlight M6 attached. They make one for a Glock 22 I think it is, but my G35 is longer and won't fit. Bummer.

Fobus and Safariland both make them. You can also have one custom made, but that will be pricey...

But if you want to get a holster for just the gun, without anything attached, then I suggest a Blackhawk Serpa II just for the gun then get the light holster. And if it's a light or light/laser combo you are using or will be attaching, they do make a separate holster for say the M3 and M6 style light and light/lasers out there. Be they Streamlight or Insight or other similar.

Link for tactical accessories, ie light or light/laser > Model 307 Light/EDW Cartridge Holders | Safariland™

Link to holster and light > I didn't see the Taurus listed though. But did see one for Kimber, Springfield, Wilson and STI 1911's though. Call and see if yours will fit in one for one of them maybe?

Or do what I did. Get the/a ClipDraw. But then, mounting the ClipDraw on my G35 was a breeze and if I ever decide to remove the ClipDraw from it, iwhich is doubtful, it will leave no trace it was ever there.

Safariland 6280 Holster - Tac Light

WOW, holy schnikies. I just saw they have the 6280 and my G35 listed? Might have to research this and make sure. Not that there's anything wrong with the ClipDraw, but I might switch back and forth, who knows? It's not like it's a hard thing to do. lol

And here's the link to Fobus Holsters. Check them out. they look to have added other brands and or made a different style?

I think they have one for yours? Follow link and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

That R in the model for that fobus holster would be for Right-side. What you'll be lookin for will porbably have -AR at the end or AR somethin like that.

Sorry about the incredibly late response but I picked up the Blackhawk CQC Serpa 2 holster. I am going to get the leg and shoulder harnesses/platforms when the money sees fit to do so.

I have checked the Interet for a Taurus 9111 AR (R for rail) and can't find any listed for that madel gun. Some of the sites don't even include hosters that will Taurus pistols even without the R
