Grats!

Though I think you should still have a PSL lol!

Check this info out from Wiki-know-nothing, seems some issues with some ammo types you should be aware of, if you didn't already know this stuff;

"Use caution when firing the Ljungman and Hakim rifles as the burn rate of the powder has a dramatic effect on the operation of the rifle. There have been reported cases of catastrophic failures of both these rifles when fired with incorrect ammunition. Even the Swedish m/41 ammunition was required to be lightly oiled by Swedish troops prior to loading as the burn rate of the powder is too slow and the oiling of the cartridge body facilities extraction.
The main dynamic involves the pressure curve and the timing of the pressure curve as it relates to the location of the gas port in the barrel. While the Hakim has a gas port adjustment the Ljungman does not. As the bullet passes the gas port the gas pressure is channeled back to the bolt carrier to unlock the bolt. With a powder that is too slow a burn rate the bolt carrier opens violently premature and at an extremely excessive pressure. This causes the extractor to tear the rim off the cartridge case exposing the action to the dumping of very high pressures which typically exits the action downward into the magazine well, blowing the magazine completely out of the rifle and often destroying the magazine and stock in the process. Close attention must be paid regarding the use of correct ammunition in these two rifles."

Long story, me and this PSL do not like each other. Ive put a few different optics on it, and cant get it sighted for crap. I told the guy this and he said its not a problem, as he wont be using optics, just good ole irons.

Hakims are going for about 5-600$ that i have seen, out of the few that i have seen.

Im getting the Hakim and 1000 rounds of 8mm, for my PSL and just the stuff it came with.

Edit for sprouts post:
The Yugo ammoIim getting is supposed to be good for these rifles. Ive look at a lot of webpages over the last few days.

Ill have another PSL someday, just not the one i have. LOL

Don't have it yet. Ships out Monday, will hopefully have it by Thursday or Friday next week. Then a range report and full review of this "alien" looking rifle, and I'll have to say, that's one of the meanest muzzle breaks Ive seen.

ugh, now it might not happen. bunch of FFL BS!! mine wont ship without a copy of his dealers FFL, and his dealer wont fax a copy to mine, has to be a signed in ink copy.

What does it matter?!?!?! If he gets it and faxes it to me, its the same f***in thing!

sorry guys just venting. dont make much sense.

and if not the PSL will go up for sale somewhere I guess, got to think about it.

If the deal falls through why not have your PSL scope rail checked out by a gun smith? If it's off kilter maybe he could correct it, just a thought.

Perhaps you could post a pic of the Hakim and PSL side by side just for comparison. Then I don't have to go waay over to the Hakim forum to see it. That would require a lot of effort on my part you know, lol.
