What we need to do is get these screwdrivers off the streets! I Mean ANYONE can just walk into a Home Depot and buy one. You can even get it through the MAIL!

Anyone who wants a screwdriver is gonna have to have a background check. And will have to certify that he is mentally sane.

The President is going to have to create the BATFES. Just add screwdrivers to the end.
