Went to the lake and this is what I saw

Like the tittle says. The wife and I went to Lake Mead to take the dog swimming and enjoy the weekend since she has been working weekends for several months. We went down a dirt road towards the water and on the left hand side of the road less than 20 yds or so these guys were mulling around. They wanted to cross the road and head to the water but I think we interrupted their plans. I stopped and took a few pics when the heard buck started to walk closer and postured like he wanted to challenge me. We let them cross the road and head for water before we went on our way. It's the closest I have ever been to them in the Wild.

This really made my day.
