ive got the fever

squiril fever. three more days till the season opens.
every time i pass my gun rack i swear my .410 says "hey, lets go cap a squirrel." ahhhhh its killen me. my .22s all sighted in. got plenty of shells for the .410. i even got a new crock pot to cook them in.
why wont thursday hurry up and get here.

Your opening day is a Thursday? I think pretty well everything starts on a Saturday here in Iowa.

Edit: I just checked Wisconsin's season dates. Your season opened on Saturday. Get out and shoot!

I'm down with the fever too. Every morning when I walk out the door I here em barking in the wood lot behind our house. I'd swear they're taunting me! We have to wait to Oct. 3rd here in North Louisiana It's killin' me!

Guess Im just lucky, squirrel season starts in June here, and runs thru February.

hi guys im newbi to the forum.
you lot sure are lucky over there to go playing with all the guns you have.
I have a bsa scorpion .177,I know it's only a pee shooter to you boys but it works for me.we also have a wood at the back of where I live thats full of the common gray and you can shoot them when ever you want but I don't shoot them in breading season.I turn the sights on to rat then and I never get sick of shooting them dirty little so so's
