Angry Suicide Bombers Injure At Least 40, Several Dead

Once more the religion of peace has showen its true colors. Now I personaly have a major gruge agins the Hamas .. since they blew up the barricas I lived in in 1983 killing a bunch of my friends and being Jewish I also have a biased oppion when it comes to attacks on Isreal.... but these freacking camel jockies that kill innocent people....as opposed to milatary targets ... are the scum of the planet.... my own personal solution would be to turn the whole freaking middle east (isreal included if needed) in to a giant parking lot of green clowing glass just to stop the spread of this muslim disease.

Suicide Bombers Injure At Least 40, Several Dead
Bombs Explode Near Tel Aviv Central Bus Station

TEL AVIV, Israel -- Islamic Jihad is claiming responsibility for two suicide bombings in central Tel Aviv Sunday that killed at least 15 bystanders and wounded as many as 40 others. The bombers also died.

Israeli media reports that two explosions have been heard in downtown Tel Aviv, near the central bus station.

Tel Aviv's police chief says two suicide bombers blew themselves up in Tel Aviv's old quarter. It's the first bombing in an Israeli city since November, when a suicide bomber blew up a bus in Jerusalem in November.

Rescue efforts were hampered by the location, Tel Aviv's older quarter, where narrow streets are routinely jammed by cars.

Bystanders helped remove the wounded using any means possible. Doors torn from their hinges were turned into makeshift stretchers.

White House spokeswoman Claire Buchan says the president pledged to continue the peace process.

Buchan says there are those who want to derail the search for peace but the president will not be deterred because "innocent people have a right to live in safety."

Bush was informed of the bombing by national security adviser Condoleezza Rice while they were returning to Washington from Texas aboard Air Force One.

The explosions, which came three weeks before Israel's general election, reportedly happened around 7 p.m. local time in Tel Aviv.

The last bombing in Israel was on Nov. 21, 2002, when a Palestinian suicide bomber blew up a bus in Jerusalem, killing himself and 11 passengers.

At the White House, President Bush has condemned "in the strongest possible terms" Sunday's deadly suicide bombings.

Timothy McVeigh is not the spokesman for christianity just as hamas is not the representative group of Islam. The Fatah Movement and Islamic Jihad are murderous organizations that have no regard for human life and do not differentiate between military and civilian targets. But they should not be the standards for judging the Islamic religion. Christianity is not judged by groups like the KKK, because groups like that are extremists. Don't let the actions of the few cloud your judgment of the many.

Thumbs down WELL LENNY2........

where is the public out cry from the Islamites denouncing their own wiolence??? sure Christianity has its extremist, and nut cases, but other Christians will denounce them, and point out their fallicies.

i have not seen any thing that suggest that Islamites decry the violence their extremist perpertrate.

It happens all the time. But it is not newsworthy. The media does not want to report that part of the equation. It is not dirty laundry enough to be highlighted.
Besides - many muslims don't support it outright. But they have the attitude that many right wingers over have about McVeigh: they don't support murder, but they think something should be done.
I have heard a lot of support for McVeigh's ideas here. Not necessarily the direct backing of him murdering people, but support for the fact that he did something against the government that people around here also mistrust.

Hummm..soap box please...thank you..
As someone who spent way too much time in the middle east...Isreal, Lebnon and a few other places over 2 yrs total....I had a chance to observe some muslim behavior first hand....now in a sense these extreamist groups may not repersent ALL muslims..they do repersent a majority..they are supported not only finicaly, the community makes a big deal about celabrateing their actions. The funeral for a marter is a big thing..lots of pic..family honored by the community and big wigs....lots of recrutining activity for more marters ect. I watched a young boy around 7ish who got all excited because he was able to cock an ak47 and could now kill christians/jews....this is the mind set..reenforced by the community as a whole.
Now compare that to McVeigh...or others...I did not see thechristian..milita..or anyone else celabrate the actions of McVeigh...did not see the big marter parade....fimaly did not recive gifts ect. I did not see people going on TV supporting his or other such actions.
Hamas..muslim terrorist....actions are celabrated...furballs like Mcvigh and the rest are condemeed. I do not see any connection to the two. I did not see Christians dressing their babies up like Mcveigh....did not see McVeigh action rental truck toys for the kids...did not see people going on TV claiming McVeigh was doing Gods work and would be rewarded in heaven.
Yes people have killed in the name of almost any god/goddess you can name....and for every country....but when people celabrate the actions of terroist then thouse people are supporting the terrorist....positive reaction reenforces simaler actions.
TO ME...muslims are terrorist and thats it. The religion at least appears to support terrorism...and so long as it does then it is part of the problem...the bottom line is that if they cant play nice with the rest of us then they need to be removed from the gene pool.

Actions of a few--hogwash. That little jerk Arafat is head of the Fatah. I don't know why he isn't considered a terrorist because he is. Check out his profile in his younger days. Palestinians as a whole hate the Jewish people and would like nothing better then to eradicate the race.

I have been watching the violence in the middle east since I was old enough to turn the TV on. Isreal is not innocent when it comes to violence on civilians. The Palistinians have been locked up in concentration camps for 30 years. Hammas kills a some Isrealis and the Isrealis kill some Palistinians, some times in reverse order. Neither side appears to care to much about the grief and hardships brought upon their population, both are out to prove they are right with might.

As for me I will stick with Israel. The Jews are God's chosen people. God has warned that any nation that rejects Israel will be rejected by him.

"The Jews are God's chosen people".

That is one of the most racist comments I have ever seen on this board. I guess I have to live knowing I am not one of the chosen ones.

I guess I should clarify post 10. The nation of Israel has no idea how to make peace with its neighbors, or how to occupy a conquered land. It was not meant as a slur to Jews. Just as bagging on England isn't construed as a charge against Potestants. As for post 12, take it or leave it. The "Chosen Ones" comment sounds to similar to what the militant Islamics are saying, only substitute Mohammad for God.

Bible also says to stone prostitutes and adulterers. Slaves are within the rights of man also. So I guess I am going to go pick up some rocks and buy a dog collar, I am only doing GODS WORK.

As for being Gods Chosen I believe that was in the Old Testiment and can be infered to as Gods' Chosen to receive his blessing, or son. The Jews that rejected Christ are now living outside Gods graces and are all going to HELL. Or it could be I am full of crap and twisting the Bible to my own purpose. Theres a lot of that going around. Somewhere the Bible says to beware of those teaching in my name, they will lead you astray.

The bible also says let he who is without sin cast the first stone. The bible also says...*Lenny begins to hemmorage somewhere deep in his brain at this point*...

everyone is going to believe what they WANT to believe.
we are ALL full of crap
and we ALL twist the bible to our own purpose.
The only way any of us could truly comprehend all of the bible as it was meant to be comprehended, would be for us to be god. And we're not. At least I'm not... And if any of you guys or lady are god, I'm sorry. and if you are - neener neener.

Which Bible????? Tora (Not considered the "old testament by jews...cause to them there is no "New" testament"), Koran, King James Version of the New testament, Havermal....the list goes on and on....to each his/her own....but the BS in the middle east needs to stop or be stoped....better the whole area glow in the dark than the BS keep going.
