I can't speak for the 9mm version as I don't own one, but if you have this pistol in .40 then I highly suggest you upgrade to a AeroTek stainless guide rod and #24 Wolff recoil spring both for a Glock G19. They fit perfectly and make the recoil so much more manageable so you're not getting as much muzzle climb. I had seen this mentioned by others on some older CZ forums and finally tried it. Best mod I've done to the gun so far.

I think it was 18 or 20 lbs, I haven't found accurate information, but another guy who swapped his said he put in a 20 lb spring and couldn't tell the difference, hence the 24 lb. As long as you're using proper technique to rack the slide, you'll hardly notice the difference in the springs.

Yep. I went to #24 in my Witness 10mm It made a huge difference !!
