Ok, I'm trying to upload a good picture of this target, please be patient.

This is the best picture I could upload, but I think It's clear enough to get the idea
(Sorry 'bout that).
I wanted to get on the 100yd range but there was no room so I settled for the fifty.
There were 4/3rnd groups, 12rnd total.
The center group marked "1" is the first group I fired out of a cold barrel, WOW!!! This group measured at .35 and I was very happy with that

. I didn't have much time so I decided to fire all the groups on the same target.
I adjusted my aim to hit the lower right corner of the target, This one was about .6
I don't know what happened with group three as it opened up to about .75, probably due to my lack of shooting for the last 15yrs. This one was supposed to group on the "0" line on the middle, rh side edge of the orange square.
The final group was aimed at the upper rh corner of the square. It was also an outstanding .35!, but I was a little disappointed with the low aim (Once again, operator error), but certainly not the group!
These groups were fired off a sandbag at 50yds with KOMADA (Yugoslavian) 123grain, brass case. This ammo costs a little more than normal (about $2 more per box) and only comes in 15rnd boxes, but as you can see, It's WEEEEEEELL worth it! I have 280rnds of this stuff and will only use it for hunting or some other exceptional circumstance.

After a barrel cool down of five minutes, I loaded up ten rounds of Wolf 122gr steel case.
I aimed at the lower LH corner of the black square. I think my front sight creeps a little to the left as the weapon was shooting to the right a little.
Group 1 was about .9, but I expected larger groups with the wolf.
The second group was the second best at .75 and the third was the best group, barely at about .7. The round with the "x" through it was just a chamber emptier and not fired for a group as I didn't want to spoil any of the other groups.
In all fairness, I didn't clean the weapon after the Komada as there was virtually NO fouling in the rifle after I fired it. I believe it's corrosive but burns pretty clean. Also, There was a bit more recoil with the Komada.
The Rifle:
Norinco SKS with a customized Choate ambidextrous stock that I re-fitted to fit my left hand.
A gritty, very crappy trigger.
Pathetic sights.
Conclusion:
1...This is an exceptional and consistant example of an SKS.
2...Komada ammo is the best I've ever seen in this caliber.
3...This is an outstanding example of the potential accuracy of this ammo and rifle combination.
4...Mathematically, this is a .7 to 1.2" MOA rifle with Komada ammo!, and a 1.4 to 2" MOA with crappy Wolf ammo! It has the potential to be even better with a trigger job, scope or better sights and a little more practice on my part.
5... I'm not afraid to shoot deer due to poor or iffy accuracy.
6...After 15yrs off of shooting, I'm still a fair shot.
