Gun Show

Some of the guys from the range and I went to the big gun show at the Expo Center in Dekalb County today and there were a bunch of M1s there. They were all over priced to the tune of $300 or more and one was priced at $2600.
It makes me feel good to know that I have four of them that mostly look better than those and that I bought at a reasonable price over at the CMP south store.
It seemed that most of the interest was in pistols, ARs, AKs, and SKS rifles.
The only real deal I found was IMR 4895 at $22 a pound and some .44 Mag shot shells.

It's gotten crazy. Gunshows used to be fun, now their as depressing as watching a Barret Jackson car auction. Last year I could get M 91/30s for $70 all day now they've doubled. M1's are $1000 plus, but Springfields have come down to $700 except they all look like hell. AK's for $700. It's truly sickening.

Makes getting the guns (and ammo) more expensive and harder for people who collect/shoot them

Damn craze brought about by the election- It took me 10 months to get a suppressor I ordered in December!
