I bought a used ADG bench rest through craigslist. It was missing the pad/strap that goes on the back to brace the buttplate.

So I e-mailed ADG asking how much for a replacement- they're sending one to me FREE. No postage charge, no charge for the item. They're very first reply was simply, "Where do we send the replacement?"

Wish more companies were like this.

not alot of companies do that now some will send you the item for free.... if you pay for shipping and handling.
