You could easily pack anything you wanted!!

I'd suggest a full size .45 ACP of any good brand (Mine is Glock 21 for 14 round capacity).

LOL, just beefy and well fed!

Geez, I am 5'6" and 160lbs. With our California valley weather, and my penchant for tight T-shirts, I am really limited on what my carry options are (seriously looking at those 'tactical man-purses'). I have found that a 5 shot snub or subcompact auto does OK in an IWB, but can do up to a service sized auto during our two months of light jacket weather.

Honestly I would first find a gun you are comfortable shooting, then decide how to carry it. Being larger framed does seem to allow you to conceal larger guns more conveniently, so I would run with that!
I like the .380's and .38's just fine, but the 9mm and .40 is a nice addition in power if you can pack it. The Springfield XD and FN pistols are some of my current favorites.
