Nancy Pelosi Phony Baloney

Nancy Pelosi, California Leftist, was sworn in as the Minority Leader in the House of Representatives and I´m just so thrilled the leftist and liberal men in her corrupted party get to tag around her skirts. Must please them immensely to be led by such as she. I have heard not to judge a book by its cover yet I´ve found the outside can often speak volumes about the inside. Not the cover is the whole book, or the visage the whole person; there are some aspects noteworthy here, in this important position of legislative power.

Just as I believed that Janet Waco Reno had some serious health problems with all that shaking and looking lost (although those glasses may just have been a convenient prop and barrier to make the wearer hide her true nature, I don´t know), Ms. Pelosi´s eyes, so unusually open wide, make me wonder if she just isn´t going to snap and break a ruler on someone´s head first time they look askance at her policies. While I do have some sympathy for women who have gone under the knife for the eye-job (bags can make one look tired all the time), I can only hope her bugged out eyes are a result of that and not some health problem. Maybe that´s why her agenda calls for free health care for everyone (at the expense of the rest of us). That´s the Democrats way of taking their cut from what they steal from those of us who actually take the care of our health seriously to give it to those who don´t.

Among her remarks: let this be the congress that makes a brighter future for our children, fix education, make the water and air clean and she also thanked the military for making this a country where she can pray for peace on earth. Pray, you say, Ms. Minority Leaderess? Obviously you haven´t been in a government run public school lately. But no matter, as long as she can throw our money at the problems they themselves have caused, it makes them happy. I find that liberals fall into one of two categories, corrupt or stupid for that explains their Medicare fiasco. Try to get a good doctor off the black market. See whether the ‘gatekeeper´ at the Democrats´ HMOs will let your child have that expensive test that can save their life and you are playing craps with the hospital-as-bureaucracy´s bottom line.

The 108th Congress will be led by the GOP and the Democrats will just have to deal with it, albeit, they will strive unceasingly to trash those honest men and women who try to lead this republic through time of war. Their attacks will be merciless and intrepid. The Democrats care not one whit for the country, as we all have learned down through history, so I´m not going to be surprised when they continue their all-out attack.

I wonder, while listening to her remarks, why she and her party didn´t just do all the things they say they want to do for us (or, rather, to us) when they had over forty years to keep their word. Same old baloney in a new package, a feminine face but an iron heart. They opened this congress with a prayer, hmmm. Just try that in any other public place and see where it gets you.

Watching Ms. Minority Leader Pelosi grinning from ear to ear at her election made me think of how this seems to be one of those “you like me, you really like me” moments where the personal fame is tantamount. Not what I would have expected from someone of class who is chosen to represent the citizenry but I would expect from Cher or Mrs. Rodham Clinton. I guess they think it´s all for them, the applause, the job, the cushy ride… and not for those to whom they are pledged to produce a viable and Constitutionally sound work product.

It remains to be seen just where Ms. Pelosi will lead her party and if past is prologue, it could be a safe bet it´ll be the road to Hell for her and her cohorts. Now, that could be what´s worrying all those strategists like McAuliffe and Carville, who have sent out a memo of instruction and laid out their plan to trash Bush, at any cost, to the dogs with the country during a time of war. For the Democrats, it´s always a war and it´s a battle against we, the people, the ones who pay the tab in money and freedoms lost.

Ms. Pelosi´s is the party of the Leftists, friend to commies like Ortega, Mandela and Castro. This is not a bad thing for the rest of the country to see, plain in front of their faces, once and for all. If she is to lead her party anywhere but to its extinction, she will have to change a lifetime of family values and this left coast political dynasty seems the leopard stuck with his spots.
