Exchange barrels

Good morning everyone
I have a question for the forum
I own 2 M1 rifles. One is a service grade Serial#5338XXX and the other is a Danish service grade with a Danish barrel serial #810XXX. Would it be to my advantage to exchange the barrels on both weapons since the Danish is a low number. Thanks for any help

All you'd accomplish is to help the gunsmith make a car payment.

If you want to do a barrel change why not pick one and fit a new top quality match barrel to it & turn it into a real shooter. These things were meant to be shot! & it's even more satisfying hitting what you shoot at.
