Bonehead award one goes to a man in Stavropol, Russia who, during a –22F (-30C) night, got his willy frozen fast onto a metal bus shelter after he urinated into the street and then turned toward the shelter before zipping back up his fly.
A large crowd gathered around him, no doubt offering all sorts of useful and serious advice. But he remained stuck until rescue workers arrived with some warm water.
He refused medical treatment.

Man Buys 207 Newspapers. Expects a Free $42,000 Car
Bonehead award two goes to an Eliot, Maine, man who went out and bought 207 copies of the Portsmouth Herald (New Hampshire) newspaper so he could clip out 207 copies of a $200 rebate coupon advertised by a Toyota dealership expecting that he could then use the 207 coupons to get a new 2002 Sequoia Ltd Toyota for free.
He says he should be allowed to do this because the coupons do not explicitly limit the coupons to one per customer.
The dealership refused to honor more than one coupon. The state Attorney General says there’s no legal requirement for the dealer to give more than a single $200 rebate on any car purchase.

The Michigan Law Abuse has announced the winners of their sixth annual “Wacky Warning Label” contest. So, a bonehead award goes to all those people who made it necessary for:
A massage chair manufacturer to include the following warning, “Do not use massage chair without clothing … and, Never force any body part into the backrest area while the rollers are moving.”
A snow blower manufacturer to include the following warning, “Do not use snowthrower on roof.”
A dishwasher manufacturer to include the following warning, “Do not allow children to play in the dishwasher.”

Smile! You’re On Not So Candid Camera!
Bonehead award four, a “too dumb to be a criminal” bonehead award, goes to an Osaka, Japan man who, believing, for some odd reason that all 19 security cameras on the street he was on were just “dummies,” snatched a woman’s purse, according to police who say they had a video of his crime recorded by no less than 7 different cameras.
