Attention Chris

Hi Everybody, Chris I lost my password that is why you haven't seen me around. This is Missharpshooter. I had sent you an email but I never heard back, so I had to get another name. The website looks great. This has been the worst year ever. I took one of my best shotguns my Rizzini that I paid $3,500 for down to the Trap Club and have a sell sign on it for $2,000 and have not had one call on it. It has beautiful wood and a silver reciever engraved with birds. It has all the chokes and tools and case to go with it. I have only shot it like two times so it is really stiff. Not even broken in yet....However, I still have all my Beretta's. So I am ok. One of the has my name engraved on the stock in gold, so I willl never sell that one. Just tragedy and heart break this past year. One thing after another. The economy is so bad here every other house is being forclosed or for sale. I wish I had never sold my condo and bought this house for over 500k then paid fifty grand in cash for my pool. This house is selling in the 200's now. Just like my car I got a Mercedes Benz for $75,000 now is worth about 20 grand....and has 8 thousand miles on it. At least we all all here. My beautiful daughter was in the hospital, my Mom was in the hospital. My daughter is ok now, just laid up in bed with her back condition. I didn't even harldy use the pool this summer and it sure went by fast to. Well, Everyone I just wanted to stop bye and say HELLO. Missharpshooter, (Diane)

Hmm, seems like I remember this story before.

So you OWNED a condo, then sold it and bought a $500k+ home. Then, you bought a $75k Benz, and a $50k Pool...? On top of it...a Rizzini shotgun??

It sounds like you've experienced a wealth, even if for a short time, that many of us dream of but never have had the pleasure of experiencing.

I feel sorry for you, but not as sorry as I feel for others who have never had it as good, and now have it worse than the 'not as good' as they had it before. For me, rather than a Benz, I would have bought a $18k Ford or Chevy, and had the rest in the bank to hold me over until times get better.

Nevertheless, I hope things get better for you. Sounds like it may be time to cut your losses, file bankruptcy and escape to a small apartment somewhere.

So missy what's your problems? sounds like you've still got a roof over your head, a car and some fine guns. What more could a person ask for? If you could afford to drop 50k in cash for a pool, you should have sufficient put away for a rainy day. here's no mention of you being unemployed or without income or support, so what's your gripe?
I'm afraid my heart doesn't really bleed for you.

WOW I see we got a lot of new members! Who do not know me. But the old timers know who MissSharpShooter is! LOL As most of you know I come from a Law enforcement family. My late father was on Metro for over 30 years and the first police officer to have a school named after him here in Las Vegas. I worked for 35 years 30 years for the same company. Started out as a cocktail waitress and worked my way up to a Corp. Executive. Things were going great for me till I was in a car accident in 2002. I had enough money to last me the rest of my life. However, like a lot of people I lost all my savings and investments when the market crashed. Now I can't work because of my back and stomach that was hurt in the accident. I wish more than anything I could go back to work or go (Shooting) I used to shoot 6 hundred rounds white rhino's loads. I would be lucky if I could shoot easy lights and shoot one box of 25 rounds now! LOL I have missed everyone on G&G...I was the first girl to join G&G way back when. I was not looking for any symapthy I only wanted you all to know I couldn't log on as I had some computer problems and lost all my passwords. So I signed on using my name and just wanted tell tell everyone Hello and that I have missed you all.

And to think, we thought I had problems!

We live in a old log cabin, that was built in 1947.
Own our own businesses, work 18-20 hour days. (on call 24 hours a day)
Make LESS, than minimum wage. Make far less, than poverty level this year.
As a small business owner, I am taxed to death.
Now the NEW LIEberal gov. is telling me I am going to have to BUY Government insurance!
S.S./Medicare are broke
Veterans Administration already broke!
Country is almost broke.(give them 6 months)
The U. S Constitution is being used for toilet paper.
And the Bill of Rights for Kleenex!

You were saying:"However, I still have all my Beretta's. So I am ok. One of the has my name engraved on the stock in gold, so I will never sell that one. I wish I had never sold my condo and bought this house for over 500k then paid fifty grand in cash for my pool."

OOPS. Sorry, I forgot about your problems.
How rude of me...

We cant afford a pot to piss in, or a window to toss it out of!!!

But we will survive.
With faith in God, not our Godless government !!

We will still pray for you to get help, if you are in need!

Sorry to hear about your problems sweetie. There is always hope and help and it's through Jesus Christ.
Make time and pick of that Bible and do some reading. The Bible is the only book on Earth that is supernatural.
It's alive with a lively hope just for you. Yes just for you.
All you gotta do is find it and it want be hard to find.

God Bless you and good to hear from you. I'll be praying for you to...A.H

No Ms. S. I remember you.

You have had many problems, and I am sorry about them. I remember your dog was killed. A friend of your daughter's was killed on a motorcycle. And, I think I remember you complaining about money issues after buying the Benz.

In any case, sometimes we all can bite more off than we can chew, and I am sorry for your troubles. We just have to stick through it. We are all having troubles, and everyone deserves a prayer.

Thumbs up

Miss Sharpshooter...good to see you've returned to G&G, after losing your password. I've missed your posts and stories about your gun experiences and more.

Yes, life can be a beech sometimes. At all levels of income, people who get caught up in the national economy have to tighten their belts. etc., and it's always a bad feeling. Without getting specific, I will just say that through no fault of our own, government actions have caused us all to feel the stresses of living that we don't like.

Best to you as you work through those problems.

Hope you'll join us in Chat some evening so I can catch up a lot more on what you're up to now.

Ox
