Gallup finds a new low of 44% of Americans saying the laws covering firearm sales should be made more strict. That is down 5 points in the last year and 34 points from the high of 78% recorded the first time the question was asked, in 1990.
Let's hope this news gets heard by the Supreme court justices as they prepare to hear the Chicago gun ban case.
If it goes the opposite of the D.C. decision, it's almost certain all those suburbs of Chicago that automatically (without court hearings) took their restrictions off the books, will even quicker put them back on the books as well as D.C. will (if they can) take their case back to the high courts?

I really hope this one wins, the way i understand it it will rule as nation wide and n.y city commy Kalifornia and others will have to lift their bans
