MN pheasant

Well I got back from working out by platte SD on opener day and didnt go till yesterday where when at the first hunting area i went to i got two roosters that are gunna be made for supper tonight... anyone else in mn get anything?

Nope, I didn't go out. I hammered some geese though, it was a good hunt. I think I will make it out this weekend though, ill keep you posted. Not sure if there is too many Pheasant around.

I know this is outta my area but this is my favorite hunting topics. I am glad ta see that you bagged two pheasants. Ours starts this Saturday and is going to be full of rain and cold air,but i still will go..Iffin i git lucky i will post a few pictures..You guys take care and please keep this post going for a spell.....

I haven't been able to get out yet. But wit all the crops in i don't think it will be good until mid nov. Iwas out turkey hunting this last weekend and heard a few birds early in the morning but nothing like last few years. But there are still fair/good numbers of birds around

Good to hear that you went out turkey hunting. I know what you mean about November in your area. After the crops are in you need a little time to let the area settle down so the birds can feel at ease...LOL thats when ya git em...Well good luck to all..

Yeah there is still too much corn in some is out but not enough so its a little hard right now it should be really good when the corn is out.
