If it's a inline, you could just unscrew the breech plug and dump the load out the back.
You pull the bullet with a bullet-puller...a device that looks kinda like a mini corkscrew, it goes on your ramrod/cleaning rod and you screw it into the lead bullet, then yank it out of the barrel manually.
