Planning on visit family in ketchikan next year. so are there any forum members in that area. none of my family is hunting so i´m just checking out if i could meet some alaskan hunters when im visiting. just to talk and have a good time and maby swap a hunt or two.

Haven't lived in Ketchikan in over 20 years but know that there is deer hunting in the area. black bears are very common in most of S.E.Mt goat hunting is also available,but requires a guide or fist degree of kindred for nonres.

Thanks Alex thats good to know. so i will probley have to use a outfitter company and open my wallet then. but i can still meet good people and have a great time..
