Replacement Floorplates

I have managed to scratch the hell out of the floor plates (just the cover plate for the magazine opening, not the whole mechanism)on my two rifles as they have been rubbed against a highly abbraisive surface. The two rifles are a Weatherby Fibreguard/vanguard and a Winchester model 70SA heavy varmint. Does anyone know if it's possible to buy replacement floorplates for my two rifles and where the best place to order from is? and are they easy to changeover or would i require a gunsmith?

It all still functions fine but is an eyesore on two otherwise impecable looking rifles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
