You could talk with your armorer and have him order some mounts for your M68 (Aimpoint). Tell him the NSN for the mount is in the TM for the M68. I highly recommend getting your commander talked into getting the adaptor rail kit (figure C-17 of the 23&P M4/M16 manual). Then you will have four rails to add whatever you want like lights, lasers, PEQ4, PEQ5, PEQ15, and so forth. If you would like more in depth information just e-mail me at devin.vanwinkle@us.army.mil

That's another place where I would go with with this kind of question.
Might not hurt to consider a Daniel Defense Omega rail for a good combo of mounting simplicity ( 5-10 minutes ) , light wiegth , and rock steadiness.

Brownell's is likely to give you a military discount on the Omega and other gear that they carry.
You can never go wrong with Larue -- just ask them if the item fits your needs. The Vltor offset Scout light mount is hard to beat.
You need pro grade gear.
