Black smudged cases .... ?

I have about 400 rounds of late 40's Turk 7.92x57 ammo on clips in bandoleers.
That's a mouthful!!
I haven't looked at all 400 of them but, a few are showing black smudges on the cases. I stop short of calling it corrosion because it is not rough to the touch.
Any thoughts? Anyone see this before? Safe to shoot? Pass on those rounds and pull the bullets and powder?

probably just tarnish but pictures could tell us, maybe it's a marking that had a run in with some solvent and migrated along the case? regardless i've fired plenty of HXP in my garand with case tarnish that didn't come off after tumbling or in resizing so if that's what it is i wouldn't worry about it too much.

I had some FN 53 .30-06 that had those black smudges.Shot with no problems. It was in bandoleers also,I wondered if it wasn't something in the cloth reacting to the brass.
