Bonehead award four, another “too dumb to be a criminal” bonehead award, goes to a man who entered a Radio Shack in Paramount, California to buy a cell phone. While the clerk went into the back office with the man's accurate and complete credit application to run a credit check, the man left the store with the phone and accessories, according to police who found him and the phone at, surprise!, the address on the credit application.
