Will You Get the H1N1 Vaccine/ Flu Shot

I work in homes of quite a few people ranging from 3-5 different houses a day.

This isn't a discussion about conspiracy, just a simple are you going to get it, if no, a short explanation why not.

I'm a little nervous as that cheerleader response to the vaccine as she was in great health....now her life is completely ruined.

I won't. I seemed to always get the flu after having seasonal flu shots in the military, and don't ever remember having when I haven't had the shot. Also most of my family has had it it have been exposed to it multiple times and haven't gotten it.

I also work with a guy that got the 1976 shot and got some disorder and was unable to walk for almost a year. No thanks, I'll take my chances with the virus if I get it.

Chris, as an HVAC contractor I am in 3+ homes a day on the average as well. After some serious thought I've decided not to inject my body with a live virus of any sort. I'll take my chances and hope I don't get it, and deal with it if I do.

I live alone, so passing it on to family members wouldn't be an issue. If I had a wife and kids living with me I would give it some more thought.

No sir! I won't get it nor will I get the seasonal vaccine.

Reason:: I have never gotten the flu vaccine before so no reason to start.

I'm a Diabetic so I was advised to get both shots (seasonal and the N1H1). Our County Health Department was giving them out last Friday and so many people showed up they had to shut the gates. I don't know when they will receive any more.

I don't think I have ever had the flu. I keep myself very clean and I keep my fingers off of my face as much as possible. I am usually pretty secluded where I work and I am not in contact with too many people ever. If it starts getting real bad and a lot more people start getting it down here, then I will go in and get it. If not, I will just stick with the common cold!!

I was against takeing the shot...I'm haveing 2nd. thoughts now about it.
Something is telling me to get the shot so I'll say I'm 75 % sure I will take it.
I am watching the news and reading to see what is said about this vaccine with each passing day and so far the Pro's out weigh the Con's to take the shot.

I have gotten the seasonal flu shot; I did not qualify for the H1N1 mist (not healthy enough) so I wait patiently for the H1N1 injection.....my 6 year old received the seasonal and 1st dose of H1N1 via nasal mist-his 2nd dose is next month......so far, thanks be to GOD, no issues from him!

I personally will not, but I did take my pregnant wife to get both the seasonal flu and h1n1 vaccine. I do not think that a healthy adult needs to get the vaccines, but I am not going to chance it for my little one on the way.

When I went with her to get the shot last night it was crazy, it was even on the today show this morning.

Not me on either the seasonal or H1N1 flu shot.

I used to get the seasonal flu shot each year because my job provided it for free. One year I skipped it and noticed that I actually got sick less that year. Haven't taken a flu shot in about 10 years and I very rarely get sick. I believe in letting my body build up a natural immunity.

No, A well known Doctor Broxmeyer, has studied it under a microscope, it seems to be Tuberculosis more than viral flu. I had it, fought it off with herbs and now have immunity to it.
Nasal mist = live virus
Multi-dose vials = 49% Ethyl Mecury and squalene.
Single dose = it is the safest form.
You have to ask yourself, why did the two daughters of Obama not get it? Glad you read about the cheerleader. She is permanently messed up.
The govt and military will get a safer version than the general population.
Too many questions remain unanswered. Talking about high pressure sales, the are scaring people into it. Don't let fear make you do it.

I wouldn't the flu is natural, and actual information and demographics on the vaccine are unknown. There is a very good chance the vaccine won't do a damn thing. Best bet is stick with the devil you know.

If my Dr says to get the shot, I will. He knows more than I do.

That cheerleader has what we in medicine like to call psychosis. You do know that the part of your brain that allows you to walk, also allows you to run? They're the same...She's just got some psychiatric problem.
