The hope and change meister is spinning another yarn, this time in health care reform... ...which is aimed at securing more socialistic-style govt control and power over another sector of America, than to have any broad medical benefit to citizenry. Let's peak through the meister's smoke screen... ...and review another of his deceptions that the string pullers are orchestrating to usurp power and control: arrogation of power and control... "A major healthcare study by Thomson-Reuters has concluded that the United States wastes between $600 billion and $850 billion on healthcare annually, a third of all healthcare costs. Perhaps more importantly, the study essentially concluded that President Obama is looking in the wrong directions for eliminating major sources of waste in his reform efforts. By way of contrast, the study concluded that just six percent of healthcare waste is a result of failure to offer preventative care for those at risk for preventable conditions: Approximately $25 billion to $50 billion is spent annually on hospitalizations to address conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes, which are much less costly to treat when individuals receive timely access to outpatient care." Study Finds Obama Is Focusing Upon Wrong Healthcare Waste Last edited by LiveToShoot; 10-28-2009 at 07:31 AM. |

| ...it's a clear illustration of his arrogation of power and control, another of his shell games, hope and change, tricks to deceive Americans and then trip and push America deeper into socialism, through the smoke screen of supposed beneficial health care reform. |

I have no idea what it is with health care that scares you big & tough guys so much... We have free health care. It can be something like this: My fifth child came 4 weeks early because of preeclampsia. My wife was sent to the regional hospital and birth was immediately commenced on Oct 17th. She gave birth to a small but healthy boy who we have name Aksel Harjo, and he's doing just fine! We had three extremely professional nurses and a doctor taking care of business, and us. My wife had to stay at the hospital for 8 days, had her own room, and I could stay with them as much as I wanted. Payment due after the stay: $ 0,-. We will need some extra visits to a doctor since Aksel is born premature: $ 0,-. My youngest daughter got the famous flu today. I feel sorry for her, indeed! She has been checked at the local hospital, and will have a home visitation in a day or two as well by a nurse: $ 0,-. One of my employees has a daughter with asthma= #1 riskgroup for the same flu. She was offered the vaccine: $ 0,-. If we should decide to take it, my wife and my 5 kids: $ 0,-. My best friend's wife was told she has serious cancer recently and is now in treatment with radiation therapy. I am really worried she will not survive this, because it's serious and they found out quite late. But regardless of her chances at least they will not have to worry about the cost of her treatment: $ 0,-. Well, what ever you think Obama will do for you, free medical treatment for everybody is not a bad thing.

Never ascribe to malice that which can be explained by incompetence.
