forward grip and Z mount

anybody have any suggestions on what brands make a good durable z mount or forward grip?

I have a Z-mount I'll sell you. Only mounted on the gun, never mounted anything to it.

$15 bucks +$7. to ship. Slightly more if you're in AK. or HI...

As for a forward grip, just find a ship that sells them and try a few and get the one that fits you or serves your needs best.

And please, register and become a member, it's free, quick and painless to do not to mention there's a lot of great people here and a wealth of information...

But yea, I got a Z-mount I don't want and will sell ya'.

I forget what brand, not a cheap piece of crap or anything like that. And I paid $29 I think it was +tax about yr. or so ago...
