For Z mounts- Try this one made by Ultimak.
Aimpoint 10174 M-16, AR-15, AR-10, Forward Carry Handle Mount

Ultimak makes some very high quality AK rail systems and Im sure their AR parts are just as good. This one lets you use your iron sights as well even with the mount on.

For foregrips in no particular order...
Tango Down- Battlegrip
Knights Armament- Forward Pistol Grip
Troy Industries- Modular Combat Grip
LaRue Tactical- FUG -Forward Universal Grip

All of these lock on solid and or have an internal storage compartment for spare batteries/tools. Many of these models have a flat side for a tape switch too if you want. All of these brands are a bit more pricey but they are durable, battle proven and worth it.

I have a CAA vertical grip that's pretty nice. I like it because it's not overly long and is slightly larger around. Fits my big hand.

Z mounts are the mounts used with rifles with an A2 carry handle. They fit over and in front of the carry handle over the handguard giving u rail space to mount optics or PEQ2s etc.

Useful for when you dont have a nice convenient railed A3 flat top upper.

Hey captain did u ever get a chance to head over to that link I sent you?

I'm with JMP- I"ve had other grips and recently acquired the CAA Z grip- its shorter that other grips I've owned and minimizes snags on my clothes but still is large enough for my hand to hold with out a problem... (although I do have small hands)
