Thank Goodness it's Friday.............................

Even better for me, I've just completed 28 days offshore and head home tomorrow for about 6 weeks this time. I'll maybe try & get a cheapo last minute European or Canaries holiday.

Being at home limits my time for G&G due to the fact I then have a life away from these damned computers. (I have 3 in my office alone!! along with 3 radios, 4 telephones, one TV & one Hi-fi system!)

The good thing is I get home on Saturday afternoon and Sunday is a shooting day, no matter what the weather, I go shooting on Sundays, either at the 25 metre range or one of the 600m ranges.

So If you don't hear from me, don't worry, I'll be back!

One vacation spot on that side of the world I thoroughly enjoyed in my Navy Daze was the Maldive Islands ( an archepelago south of Ceylon). A couple bigger islands were foreign-owned resorts, but many smaller islands have cottages and boat docks. Great food, friendly people. 'My island' was run by a nice Aussie couple. This was in the early 80's though - don't know how they fare after that devastating tsnami of 2004.
At that time, it was a favored vacation spot for Europeans - saw some 'topless' Italian babes there on the beach.

Have fun on your holiday there wunhungbrit (lol). Be safe and throw some lead!!

On another note TGIF FOR SURE!!! This week has been hell. I have had freight from customers and my dispatchers just dun give a shot of piss about it. I'm doing my job as a csr to go out and get new customers and its hard with the economy the way it is and then I manage to get freight and they don't work it!!! Please someone tell me you understand my pain!! lol
