I dated a girl who's sister ended up having a sex-change operation. The agony that girl went through emotionally before realizing what she wanted was heart-breaking. He's much happier as a guy.

I hope he/she has found happiness in this transformation. Kinda sad really. Maybe Elijah Blue Allman will give Cher some grandchildren.
