"No Firearms Allowed"

Does anyone have "Pizza Hut" restraunts in thier town. I just noticed at two different locations here they had "No Firearms Allowed" signs posted. I'm just wondering if this is a local , corporate, or owner decision. I really like thier pizza, but not not enough to give up my rights for.

"No Firearms Allowed" sign!

What sign? LOL

What they don't know, wont hurt them!
But a couple of idiots causing trouble, or robbing you could.

I ain't taking the chances.

OR,
Call in your order, and tell them why you wont eat at their restaurant anymore. And have it delivered to your house.

Haven't seen any such signs at any around here, was just in one today.
Could just be your local franchise doing it?

Well, here in Tx, that sign means squat to CHL holders. The only sign that really affects us is the "30.06" sign or the "over 51%" sign (can't find a symbol for it) , which means that the establishment garners more than 50% of it's $$$ from alcohol sales.

Super America gas stations around here had those signs. Eveyone against it signed a petition saying we were going to boycot the stations if they kept them up. And one of the locals negotiated with the SA vice president and they took them all down.

I noticed Don Pablos mexican restraunts have them in their establishments. I have never eaten there since.

Around here other than the malls some banks and a few public buildings you dont see many.

I'd carry in there too Mike, you never know the high school punk that pay piss on your pizza or rub his nuts and then toss the dough for your pizza. Pisses me off more than anything, pay good money for food and some jerkoff stoner thinks its cute to thumb his backside and then dip his thumb in your crispy tacos from Taco Johns or somethin.

If it's concealed, they don't need to know.

if it's needed and lives are saved, go ahead and try and prosecute me, at least I'll be around to deal with it.

I guess I'm done eating out now. Our Pizza Huts are carryout only. One of their drivers carried legally but against company policy and was robbed at gunpoint. He managed to shoot the robber with the gun against his head. Pizza Hut fired him for violating company policy so we don't eat at Pizza Hut anymore. The driver's CCW class instructor was also not too pleased with the driver's actions. They teach you to use something bigger than a .22 and that's what the driver used. The reasoning is if he would've used a 9mm or .38, there would only be one side of the story to tell. The bad guy got hit several times with the .22 and lived to tell his side.

I was at work on day and used my CRKT assisted opening knife to open something in the kitchen. A sheeple standing next to me told me that I couldn't have that there because it was a weapon. I told him that it was tool and it would only be a weapon if I chose it to be or needed to be. You should have seen the look on his face trying to process that. Guns would be the same way.

We don't eat out much, but we will not eat anywhere that doesn't allow concealed carry.

Our local Sears Mall put up signs, so I cut up my card and mailed it to them with a letter.

Companies do this to remove their responsability if something happens
on their property, I wouldn't get bent out of shape over it.
No different than putting "HOT" on a coffee cup.
By the way I carry letter openers and multi tools if asked.
Thats not a multi tool you say "its a gun"!, it opens cans, reliable transportation[gets my azz home every night} you can eat with it,
anti theft devise, pest control, ventilation system, and the best scum remover you can
buy. Does that sound lke a gun to you???

My son is moving into a apartment complex, and all firearms have to be "registered". My wife, my son, and myself went to the complex for a walk-through and questioned what was meant by "registered"? No satisfactory anwser was given. Also, in the lease, it states that "management" can come into the apartment, UNANNOUNCED, at any time!! I spoke to the manager, and told her that my son knows how to defend himself against any unknown person in the apartment, and that she better have 911 and the coroners office on speed-dial. They threw that out of the lease, as it's illegal anyways. He plans on taking his .410 sxs, instead of his 870 or 1100..

My son is lucky. He wears one of his Glocks open carry with his badge on his belt sometimes and know one seems to notice. Even at Wal Mart.
