10 here right now about 3 in of snow, cow and calf in the yard the morning hung around till afternoon. When I came in for coffee, looked out the side door an movement caught my eye eagle landed in the cottonwood at the edge of the yard, I love this place now if we could just get enough snow to ride, really want to get up to the Knik glacier.

Well here in Illinois, north of Chicago, this past week or so we've gotten what I'm pretty sure is/was our indian summer. Been in the low to mid 70's a couple days in a row, the others have been in the upper 50's and low 60's.
