Question The Usurper Continues Bush Administration Policy Regarding Posse Comitatus

"If this is not a wake up call I don’t know what is. For you that don’t know it the North American Union has been signed. It comes into effect at the begining of January.

It has been just over one year since the U.S. Army announced that the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team was being placed under the direct control of the US Army Northern Command (NORTHCOM), and was being indefinitely reassigned as an “on-call federal response force” for emergencies of all sorts, natural and man-made, including terrorist attacks, within NORTHCOM’s area of responsibility — the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Although the assignation went mostly unheralded at the time, it marked the first time in the history of the United States that an active unit of the regular Army was placed under the immediate and exclusive command of NORTHCOM."

Actually,

Bush2 and Obama are more similar than most people think.

It is all about power, control, and "my way" without regard to the
Constitution.

Like peas in the same pod...

...if that analogy is clear enough.

And so is Clinton, Bush1, and others before them...

...similar dancers to the same music.

I think the time where there are significant differences between the two parties is over. Ultimately, politicians no matter what party they are from seem to want the same thing, more power over the people.

Maybe, since our National Guard detachments all across the country have been activated and sent off to war in two different countries, the Govt figured they'd need backup.

That does make sense, Rambo. Traditionally, the National Guard has been used as a disaster relief and civil order maintenance force. The only times the National Guard ever deployed in large numbers alongside the Regular Army were World War I, World War II and Korea. It wasn't until the Global War on Terror (or whatever euphemism the Annoying One and his lackeys are now using to describe it) that the Guard and Reserve formations were deployed to fight in a conflict that did not require a total national mobilization for war.

Of course, since the state Guard units may be deployed overseas and aren't available for problems the local authorities can't handle because they are overwhelmed, somebody needs to pick up the slack. I think that's why NORTHCOM was given that brigade from the Third Division. As a Regular Army unit, the CG can call the Air Force for transport and get it with no back talk, and they can surely deploy anywhere in the country in half a day or less.

At least at the moment, I don't think the sky is falling because a skeleton headquarters unit has had troops assigned directly to it, that have been trained in maintaining civil order. On the other hand, if I hear that Obama is asking the Canadians to send units to maintain civil order in the event of an emergency, that's another matter.

Bush called it the shadow govt. It is made up of his advisors, and the military oath breakers.

Fellas, I'm not going to set my hair on fire, and run in circles. Those people are our comrades in arms, and took the same oath as the rest of us old veterans. They understand their duty, and their obligations to the nation. They would never allow themselves to be placed in the position of going against the law of the land, and bearing arms against fellow Americans. Now if a bunch of illegals got together, and started crap, they would be great insurance!

This might be a good time for G&G folks to watch/rewatch the Bruce Willis movie THE SEIGE.

It is Hollyweird, BUT it makes some very enlightening points in regards to this topic.

Seeing how things have been going, the people being allowed into the services, and the Government actions, I believe IF it comes down to brass tacks, that one third of our military will side with the Constitution, one third will obey the Elitists and operate against We The People, and one third will simply sit it out.
About the same as during the Revolutionary war.

When I see some of our troops waving a flag other than the one they wear on their uniform and rooting against the USA. I question there loyalty if the SHTF and they are ordered to disarm our civilian population...

There's still one BIG difference, the Dems are run by Liberals...which try to get Uncle Sam more involved in YOUR life.

The Reps are mostly run on the Conservative side...which just want Big Biz to make more money to line their coffers with.

Me, I prefer government to stay the heck out of my life as much as possible...so I lean Conservative. I'd love to see a Health Care system like Canada's here...but it'll never happen the way they're going now.

I hate lousy draconic gun laws (Kali, NJ, NY, Ill), and any other stupid Liberal laws like FORCING people to buy Insurance that they don't need by levying FINES if they don't buy it...in that way the Dems are just as Big Biz as Reps.

So what do you want...Oil & Car companies making more worldwide...or Hospitals & Insurance companies making more directly at your expense??
