You can reload the fired brass from your cetme, if you can find it. The PTR-91 I had would fling brass 20-30 feet at about 2 o'clock from were I was shooting. Never had a problem with ripping the case in half with normal ammo, but it would blow the primers out of non-crimped ammo.

It's more the large dent in the side of the case left by the ejection port that makes them unreloadable.

Having only once helped a friend reload for my Lee-Enfields, it is discouraging to read about so many reloading drawbacks for G-3s. Pretty advanced level, from the descriptions of it.
Don't yet have my first press, scales, trimmer yet.

Might decide to pursue a CMP Garand instead, but there are questions about the CMP's mil-spec. ammo availability in the near future.
A few hours from Birmingham, and Anniston.

I used a light bullet, 110 gr spitzers, for a practice load in my HK91. Use the lightest charge that will function the rifle. Wont tear up the brass. And get a brass catcher.

ironhead:
About how much does a brass catcher cost, and for a gun smith's installation?
