POSP/PSO question

I have an opportunity to bid on an SVD mount scope. However, I cannot tell what type it is. It is an illuminated reticle POSP style, the objective lens is larger than the body (flared), the battery compartment is the longer style and the on/off switch is in English. I'm thinking it's a fixed power, 6 or 8, PSO scope, the only thing that is throwing me is the switch in English. Also there appears to be no sunshade.

Try looking at kalinkaoptics.com and see if you can match it up. It is probably an older scope and the fact that it has English on the ON/OFF may mean it is not genuine and is an airsofter scope. They are not that expensive new so unless this is a really good deal and you know what you are getting I would get one from Kalinka and be happy.
