Aliquippa Mayor Anthony Battalini proposed an ordinance that requires residents to report lost or stolen firearms.

duh if i lose or have a gun stolen i sure am gonna report it seems like the ones who was up to nogood will just let it go but not me .seems like a no brainer not to report them.
