Talking Ox and Forty XDM met today for important discussion

This morning at 9 a.m. FortyXDM (Tom) and I met over coffee at Mc Donalds. We got into a serious discussion over a very serious topic..."Is it necessary to have rounds in your gun when you go deer hunting."

After much heated discussion it was concluded that "It all depends."

Maybe our next meeting we'll find another hot topic to discuss.

BTW, the coffee and cinnamon rolls were great. And, Tom is vowing to become more serious during the new year as his new resolution.

Mooseman, Earl, Seems Ox just bought a new Mossy 12 ga. He said he didn't have any 12 ga. shells. HA. I told him they were really a necessity iffin he was serious about Turkey hunting. The look on his face was worth more than a happy meal.

BTW: You are both welcome to join us for coffee in Gladstone. We'll let you know.

Sounds like a good time. You could beat the turkey though if you managed to get close enough.

You all saw what happened to Tom's revolver with too much gunpowder. I'm not letting him reload any 12 gage shells for my new Mossy.

Awesome breakfast topic! I always claim to only need one sabot slug when deer hunting... yet I always wear my belt bandolier full! LMAO...

Sounds like my kind of debate!

Hope you fellers are doin' well!

You got me laughing here Swede. We try to leave no stone unturned in our preparation for the hunt. But for now I would like to get back to Full Metal's suggestion about buying ol' Forty a new revolver. You gotta like that Full Metal Jack feller. Fine man.

KCMO NEWS FLASH: Marysville, Mo: A gladstone man was arrested in Nodaway County when a game official observed him chasing a buck through a pasture and waving and swinging a Rem 700 at the deer. The incoherent out of breath man insisted he was legally hunting. He is said to be resting comfortably in the county sanitorium at this time. More at 10:00.

No doubt Tom is referring to me. However, I'll be in Atchison County, MO not Nodoway County, so it isn't me. Must be some other feller...maybe Tom's twin brother.
