Polish build

Ok, so im looking at getting a Tantal kit, that should be complete and putting it on a NDS receiver and having it built.

What compliance parts do i need to have, and how can i make it a fixed stock instead of a folder? I dont like the wire stocks.

I know I need to replace the FCG, and the furniture, so will that make it compliant? or do i need more? and will standard AK furniture fit on the polish, like a black polymer set from KVAR?

if any of this doesnt make sense, let me know. ive never bought a kit before, and im going to have somone build it for me.

how much are you paying for the kit, complete tantels are pretty cheap theses days.

for complience id go for gas piston, muzzle brake, pistol grip, and a tapco g2 trigger set(counts as 3)

i havent shot ths SKS since i got it in a trade in March, so i have no use for it, and would like to do a build myself but dont have time/knowledge to do it. or the tools. just the thought of having a gun built for you is kind of cool.

what i really want is a .308 Saiga, so ican build a rifle like Deussne had for sale. that thing was so cool.

here are the parts im looking at.

K-VAR Corporation :: 922(r) Compliance Parts :: AK-404BUS handguards

K-VAR Corporation :: 922(r) Compliance Parts :: AK-020BUSW warsaw lenght stock

K-VAR Corporation :: 922(r) Compliance Parts :: AK-74USP compliance set

and then a NDS reciever and the cost for the build of 275, and i think that is with painting it i guess you would say. ll have to call them, they are at my local gunshows a lot.

but if you buy the FCG and piston seperately, its cheaper, and i picked the desert tan stock set. which would make it 173.68 +shipping.

All you need is 5 parts so the furniture, 2 +1 if US pistol grip, and 3 for the fire control group and you are good to go.

I am sure that standard KVAR furniture will fit.

For the cost you can get a 74 by converting a 5.45 saiga or for 699 get one directly from Arsenal via Kvar's site.

They will fit according to other sources, you just need to get the tension spring from an online source, or strip it off of the existing hand guard. Nothing is impossible with an AK

Nope... even more appropriate if it's your own saying.
