Greetings...look forward to posting and learning. Those bayonets are hard to get on...do you turn them so the sight fall into the notch?

JC
Yeah, them bayonets can be real tight. I had to dremel a couple. And yes, you turn it to lock it on.

7.62X54R is pretty hard to find with boxer primer pockets. A lucked out and grabbed a few hundred JMS headstamped cartridges a while back while they were around. About the cheapest way to get some is to just buy some like Wolf Gold fully loaded and keep the brass after you shoot it. You might be able to find some at Welcome to Ammo Brass Trader - The Original Online Reloading Trading Community, but it's rare there, too.

When it's in stock... Graf & Sons - PRVI BRASS 7.62x54R UNPRIMED 100/BAG

Or just buy Prvi ammo, same as Wolf Gold.

Just saw an ad for 7.62X54R brass somewhere, but I have enough and didn't bother to remember where.

mrnambu? I guess he likes Japanese pistols.

Edit: I looked up one of his auctions. I didn't know Graf had their name stamped on brass.
