I have not seen Heavy ball in a long time. I am almost out of Bulgarian and need more of it. Shoots well in my 91/30s and M91s

Ammoman has some 182 grain Yugo M30 stuff, but it isn't cheap.
And yeah, you reload, you can make what you want.

I have 10 rounds I found after I sold the 863 rounds I had. If it was worth it to ship them I would. I could pull the bullets out and throw the casings in a fire.

Still haven't even made one round yet?
What did I ever rush you that box of 1000 primers for?

180gr. bullet over IMR4350, magnum primer to ignite all the powder and a nice heavy crimp. Work up slowly!

That Yugo is in a class by itself. Brass cases, no steel in the bullet making it ideal for shooting at ranges that prohibit ammo that's magnetic.
At that price, I would let the shooters have it who have to go to these ranges.
I'm sure surplus HB will be back sometime in the future. You don't want to miss out on the new experience in recoil.

Hello there..first post..just got 3 MN today. I ordered them from Classic Arms in NC... got my shipment the next day..I live in E.TN. I purchased a tin of the Bulgarian Ammo..it is 147 Grain...dunno if it is any good. I have 2 hexs and one round. The round is a gift..it was their rifle of the day...1944 with a pristine bore..does not appear to have been shot. I will try to get some pix up soon.
Greetings...look forward to posting and learning. Those bayonets are hard to get on...do you turn them so the sight fall into the notch?

Brass??
Does anyone have any good links to CHEAP 7.62x54r brass? My dad wants to reload and he could only get ahold of 7.62x54 (actually says 53 on the brass) Norma and it was $1.00 per freaking shell. Would appreciate any info you have.
