Looks like magpull bases on the mags.

not sure on what brand the rifle is. It looks like a standard carbine AR-15 with a bunch of stuff hanging off of it. Reminds me of one of those display guns you see at a gun show where the guy is displaying everything he sells for the AR.

The magazines appear to be standard 30rd GI mags with a base plate attachment.

i know this ain't helpfull at all, but thats a bunch of stuff hangin on a rifle err carbine whatever it is under all the rails and five or so sights.
i'll stick to the leverguns with one set of plain ole sights.

can tell who makes it... wrong side for factory stamp and the mags could be anyones but the base plates do look like magpul plates, you can get just the plates at CTD

that front sight makes me think ruger but the rest of the gun makes me want to swallow that statement
