Only 35 or so, I don't see how these guys afford to own hundreds of guns, must be single, or filthy rich.

My wife thinks my 15 shotguns (including 10 Marlin model 90's) are more than I really need.

Talking

From a faint voice barely able to be heard in this crowd,

2 shotguns
3 center bore rifles
1 rimfire rifle
1 air rifle
2 center bore revolvers
1 rimfire pistol

hmmm.I have to do some mental figurin' on this one...I've traded and sold quite a bit in the last little while...wait a minute, I just remembered that horrible boating accident. I was crossing a river in my jon-boat with all my guns and it flipped and I lost ALL my guns.

My thoughts exactly thrillbilly. Let everyone decide for themselves if they want to tell the world how many they have. I only say - you can never have TOO MANY. Mark

It's funny you say that thrillbilly....i too lost all my guns in a boating accident..you see I was crossing the mighty mississip with all my guns when a barge caused a wake that tumbled my small boat sending my guns to the bottom....they're prolly in the gulf by now...sad.... really sad.

I HAD about 10 or so, until that fateful day on the river when I saw a poor chap capsize his johnboat. In my attempt to help him, I capsized my homemade Sawyer style raft and watched all me guns sink in the Mighty Mo. Fortunately, the chap who had lost his craft was able to swim to shore with me in tow. It was a thrill of an adventure. I do miss those guns.

I saw two incidents, one on the Mississippy and one on the Misouri rivers where people capsized their boat/raft.I waited until they left and dived down and rescued all the guns.I claim salvage rights. ,,,sam.

sadly I needed money and sold all my guns to someone for 50 dollars. I don't remember his name and I have never seen him again.
