Well guys and gals it is time for my annual trek from Arizona to southern Nebraska.The truck is packed and full of diesel the tags all bought and the guns are cleaned and ready.Two weeks this year thanks to the rule change allowing turkey season to run into deer season.16 hour run should see me there by tuesday noon if I leave in the morning,with a catnap in Guymon Ok.Got 3 deer tags and 1 turkey tag good for 2 birds plus pheasants and maybe some quail if time allows.The corn has been too wet so the harvest is behind so I figured I would help pick corn for a couple days.Keeping the 12 gauge close by for the ringnecks that pop up.Ya'll take care and I'll be back in 2 weeks to update ya.
