pheasant hunting

Well I am off to do a little pheasant hunting at the wildlife refuge here. I am glad my shorthairs seem to enjoy the rain in the Pacific Northwest more then I do I will let everyone know how I did this afternoon.

My little female shorthair had a great point and the darn rooster flushed towards the road with a car coming down it. (Definitely no shot there) I am going to try again today as it is not pouring rain today, As they are called here we have a few sun breaks. I will let you know how it goes.
