I don't eat a lot of bacon anymore. When I do cook it up the wife eats it as fast as I can get it off the griddle. I have switched to Turkey bacon to try and be a little healthier but the stuff doesn't taste as good as the real thing.

oh my... turkey bacon (YUCK!!!!)... i did the same thing thinking 'hey maybe i should cut back on the salt and fat of real bacon, i'll try turkey bacon...' needless to say i still eat the real deal no fake or imitation stuff for this fat boy...

I love bacon and peanut butter sandwiches.
The smoky flavor comes out in it.

Wrap a pancake around bacon.
That and PB&J on pancakes, makes great sandwiches.
Good eating, & easy to do when hunting, or on the go.

Today I had a bacon mayo sandwich, on homemade bread.
Grilled in bacon grease.
Simple pleasures!
REAL bacon, none of the sissy fake & bake!
