Moos - For what it's worth, I have a Mod 75 Sako .308 that I bought new in 1998. I am a long time reloader and worked as time permitted on a number of loads. Being a 1:11 twist it seems to be a little more accurate with 165 gr loads. (or 168) Best two powders for me have been 4064 and Varget. If you don't reload, there is plenty to choose from in 150, 165 and 180 gr loads. Mine has a 11.3 oz 2.5 x 8 leupold vari X III for an overall weight loaded of about 8 lb 4 oz as I carry it. I really like this gun and consider it one which I will be unlikely to ever sell. It shoots that good.
Good luck. Tom
