Exclamation This is whats left of the trailer I pulled last night.

I pulled this loaded trailer last night. I made it about 15 feet off of the scale before it collapsed. Thank God I didn't make it to the road yet. It was loaded with 44495 lbs of beer. God was looking after me on this one.

That must of been some of that heavy gravity brew. Things that happen in the yard stay in the yard.

You are very fortunate it didn't happen at 65 mph. Someone was looking out for you.

pontiac im glad your ok, first and formost... but i did notice a problem or two with that load your carrying... 1.) its sagging in the middle, so i dont think your going to be able to drive like that... and 2.) its a werner trailer did you expect anything less then for it to do what it did...

Thanks goodness you weren't on the road when that happened. Or maybe the trailer was drunk and couldn't do it's job properly cuz it was full of beer?

I'm a spotter so I only had to go a mile up the road to our drop yard. Because it happened on private property no police and no D.O.T. Beer doesn't pay much freight so they usually send us their worst shape trailers they have (all carriers). I don't drink beer but I know some of you would had cried. lol The funny thing is they are in transition to starting to load us heavier. They just bought us 2 day cabs to be able to handle the extra weight. I see this thing happening more in the future. I'm sure Werner was not happy about this bill. Their faulty equipment- their bill.
