Veterans day outing...

First off i would like to thank every vet and current military member of G&G, you all are tops in my book!

My wifey and i went on a picnic today down to the river. For us the river is the San Pedro River one of the few rivers in the world that travels south to north, instead of the normal way... Whelp, the spot we went to is about 8 miles outside of Tombstone, AZ. there used to be a one lane bridge that crossed the river, and was still in use when i was a kid, its now shut down... anyways the bridge is now like a monument you can walk on or visit and look at the river. Yesterday the wife passed by there and then called me up and told me i was taking her for a picnic (i like it when she does that, no realy i think its awesome) down to the river, so last night we went to the store and picked up some assorted cheese and olives, a nice dryed hard salami, some pesto topped french bread and some raspberry lemonade. And today we went down and had our picnic, so i decided to share with my friends here and also see what you all did for the day...

heres my pics...

It looks like you two had a nice day and I'm happy for you both.
Seabee wanted me to go with him to the V.F.W but at this time I can't be around people smoking.I'm trying to stop and it's real hard.So I told him to go and be with his fellow vets and to enjoy himself.
