That's a pretty hard question to answer, without knowing anything about the rifle other than being chambered for .308 Win! Without pictures there are a couple things that would help, however.
#1 what action is it made on?
#2 what kind of stock, wood or synthetic?
#3 What kind of sights are on he barrel?
#4 is it drilled and tapped for a scope? If so ......
#5 what kind of scope is on the rifle?, and what kind of mount?
A full custom simply means someone made it to order for someone! The prices can go from not worth as much as a fence post, to a $10K masterpiece.
The best thing you can do is post a few pictures of the rifle from all angles to show what you have, otherwise It is imposible to tell you anything with the info we have so far!
