I bought a CLP product called Hilco Lube. Any of U guys ever try it. Seems to work really well. I use it and a lot of Rem-Oil with Teflon. Haven't had any problems with them yet. I also hear the Ballistol is very good, but have never tried it.

That AR15 oil for .22 pistols. RemOil or SW gunoil for moving parts. Mobil One 20W50 for rails and revolver timing.

Rem oil and then eezox if I want something a little heavier.
I asked my gunsmith a month ago after seeing loads of Rem oil on his bench and he said he's tried everything and keeps going back to Remoil.
He says it lubes great yet is thin enought so doesn't gell up when it gets cold no matter what the action--even on some finicky target 22's that used to do so in wintertime (up here in NH, it does get cold too) that did bind up when using other lubes.
Kind of if good enough for him, it's good enough for me

| Gun oil
Just bought some Remington Dry Lube. Comes in a spray can. Teflon based. Kinda pricey at $7.85/4oz. can. Will let you know how it works.

But no, not all mine. lol And actually, those pictured are of all the ones this one website tested for rust inhibitor properties. | Do you have a link ?? I use G96 which is in the picture......good stuff. Also, Rem oil and 3 in 1 in a pinch. Gun doesn't seem to care. |

I've used Rem Oil for a long time; I also hear that Miltech is real good. I intend to try some.

One other thing, Acetate can be found in some cleaners & "matte" finishes do not like it. Hope this helps. | Excellent post, Mitch, much appreciated.....
