Smile so you won the mega buck lottery

you paid off all your debts, got all the toys you want, wife is delighted with the 5000sq ft home, with maid etc etc etc.

would you be doing some good works with it also???

me, i would set up some sort of trust funds to help out the local Gods Food Pantry, and the SWHS Raptor Club. they operate on donations and its tough for them...even in a good year. i would make sure that they got enough in funds to cover all their expenses; how ever i would insist that they still work on getting donations from all.

If I had that kind of money I would buy just an average house but with lots of land and spend the rest on guns trucks, quads, and cool stuff. Id donate the rest to charity

This is oh so easy. One of my toys would be a King Air or similar turbo-prop.
I would then volunteer my aircraft and time to Veterans Airlift Command Veteran's Airlift Command and Pilots N Paws Home - Pilots N Paws

It would be a pleasure to have you ride shotgun Tigercat. I think there are a few others who would like that seat as well. We would have to set up a rotation.

after a nice plot of land, some solar panels and a well. (and several non ca legal guns), I would like to fund some kind of training center for kids from F'd up families. some kind of on the job training, with self discipline and a decent wage. probably support for returning veterans too. I see way too many guys holding signs and sleeping rough here in LA.

also some kind of cat rescue. (big and little).

easy enough for me. I would build an orphanage and schools for the abandoned children in the Philippines.

I would put aside a LOT of money for my favorite charity. The abandond bikini models home. I think I could be so generous that I would have to build a wing on my mansion just to keep all those models happy.

I'd make sure my family had a decent house and all of our bills paid off. Then give everyone, including myself a hundred grand to blow and a hundred grand to put away (there aren't that many of us left now). The rest I would do good with. Not give willy-nilly to some charity who's chairmen/women might pocket 75% of it and buy the sufferers some bottled water and band-aids, but do some real good by myself. Like finding really needy people and watching their faces when they find out the mortgage that was fixing to blow up in their face was just mysteriously paid off, or the daughter they thought would have to go to nursing school, suddenly has enough money to attend medical school and become a doctor. Or the folks who's baby needs a life saving operation that would bankrupt them, find out that all their expenses have magically evaporated. That kind of thing. Clandestine philanthropy.

I would pay our bills all off and then help our kids.I would also donate money to a breast cancer fund for the women and men who can't afford the high cost of medical bills.

If I won a lottery I'd be on my knees asking God what He wanted me to do with it.
I'd like to set up trust funds for my wife and son for later.
I would help return Jews back to Isreal and feed hungrey children.

What I'd like to have is a small farm with enough land to hunt on. Yall can laugh.
I want a nice chicken yard with 15 to 20 chickens and I would like to raise some cows and hogs.

Nice log house, enough ground to walk out the door and shoot. A pond to fish. In the hills and woods over around the Ark, OK, MO line. Maybe around Lake tenkiller. Trusts for the kids. And as much as possible to Make a Wish. Maybe a chunk to the NRA if they promise to quit askin' every week :-)

Ten percent would go into a special fund for God's work. This fund would be touched for nothing else. The rest would be used first for bills, housing, transportation, land, and wants instead of dire needs for myself and family. The remainder would be spent as my wife and I chose, including helping those in need.

A normal sized log cabin on about 3,000 acres in the Rockies somewhere...a very large gun room...a couple of 70s muscle cars, and a truck or two.

I have lots of kinfolk who are poor...so most of my "charity" would start at home.

I would also hunt giant whitetail in a few states/provinces...I'd hunt Alaska finally...and a African safari in the "grand old tradition" would be high on to-do list!

After all the usual stuff I'd probably do something behind the scenes to help feed our children, and keep some of our local charities running.
